Extended Warranty

Toyota Extra Care warranty plans cover you against mechanical failure.

As a vehicle gets older, the risk of mechanical failure inevitably increases. By planning and
purchasing warranty protection now, you can avoid potentially expensive repairs later.

EXTENDED FACTORY WARRANTY

Toyota Extra Care warranty products are designed to ensure your satisfaction and
ongoing driving pleasure as a Toyota customer.

You can extend your original factory warranty for up to 3 years, when you purchase your new
or used Toyota. That's worry-free motoring and protection from unexpected repair bills.

Covering you for mechanical failures, all repairs are performed with Genuine Toyota
parts and guaranteed for the duration of the warranty.

Your Extended Factory Warranty also includes additional benefits such as towing, car
hire or accommodation. 1, 2 and 3 year extensions of the Toyota Factory warranty are
available, capped at your choice of either 100,000kms or 150,000kms.

cost effective, extensive protection;
prompt, efficient claims-handling and administration;
a one-off, inflation proof investment;
protection against the rising costs of parts and labour;
continuing protection long after your original warranty has expired;

This warranty is only available at the time you purchase your Toyota from a participating
Toyota dealer. However, if you already own a Toyota still within the Toyota new vehicle
warranty, or are purchasing a non-Toyota our other warranty options may suit your needs.

DEALER WARRANTY

Protection is available from your Dealership if you are buying a used vehicle.

Two plans are available to cover you against mechanical failure. Choose between
Dealer Warranty Protection and Dealer Warranty Protection Plus.

Both plans feature:

the strength of the Toyota Group, a name you know and trust;
cost effective, extensive protection;
prompt, efficient claims-handling and administration;
a one-off, inflation proof investment;
protection against the rising costs of parts and labour;
continuing protection long after your original warranty has expired;
transferability of the warranty to a new owner should you sell your vehicle privately.

Dealer Warranty Protection

When you purchase a used Toyota up to 10 years old, with less than 150,000kms
travelled, Dealer Warranty Protection is there to protect you.

Drive with complete peace of mind knowing that the major components of your
vehicle are covered, including the engine, transmission and drive axle differential.

Available for 1, 2 or 3 years cover capped at up to 200,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Talk to your participating Toyota Dealer about which cover suits you best.

Dealer Warranty Protection Plus

No matter what make or model vehicle you purchase, you can cover any used vehicle
up to 8 years old that has travelled no more than 120,000kms.

Available for 1, 2 or 3 years capped at your choice of 100,000kms or 150,000kms, whichever
comes first, you can protect the parts covered by the original manufacturer's warranty,
with only minor exclusions.

Provided your vehicle is serviced by the Selling dealer, you'll also be covered for additional
benefits such as towing, car hire and accommodation - plus receive a quality guarantee
on the workmanship of any repairs.

These warranty options are only available at the time you purchase your vehicle from
a participating Toyota dealer. However if you are purchasing a new or used Toyota, or
already own your Toyota, our other warranty options may suit your needs.

ROADSIDE ASSIST

Help is never more than a phone call away with Toyota Extra Care Roadside Assist.

Rest assured that in the unfortunate event of a breakdown or accident, help is never
more than a phone call away.

Help that's just a call away

Rest assured that should your vehicle be immobilised by a roadside breakdown or
accident, help is never more than a phone call away. Toyota Extra Care Roadside Assist
will be there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, giving you
complete peace of mind.

Some of the benefits include:

unlimited call outs;
jump-starting and battery replacement;
changing flat tyres;
help with lost or locked-in keys;
unlimited towing to a Toyota Dealer or authorised repairer;
medical and legal advice;
expert technical advice and diagnosis over the phone;
transferability to the new owner if you sell your car privately.

There are two levels of cover available, providing one of the most professional,
reliable and technologically advanced assistance networks in Australia.

You can choose between a 'Basic' plan that provides all the standard roadside services,
or the 'Plus' plan, which provides additional benefits such as accommodation for up to
two nights, and a rental car for up to 5 days, should you break down more than 100 km
from home for longer than 24 hours.
